Savory and sweet delights. Most recipes are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. I always encourage meatless and dairy substitutes. I also use natural fruit juices, honey and pure maple syrup to sweeten recipes. Almond, rice and coconut flour are used in all my baking. No refined sugar, no meat, no wheat, no dairy is my mantra for better health and for advocating and protecting and giving voice to all living sentient beings.
