With just 10 minutes of prep in the morning and 17 minutes to get it on the table at night, this is the perfect recipe for busy nights. My son took one bite and simply said, “Wow.” No leftovers here! Prep the Beef (10 minutes): • Season chuck roast with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan until browned on both sides. Place in a crockpot. • Add chili powder, cayenne (if using), onion, beef broth, minced garlic, green chilis, and chipotle peppers. 2. Slow Cook: • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (the crockpot will switch to “warm” after 8 hours if you’re away longer). • When ready to serve, remove the beef and shred. Discard the chipotle peppers or set them aside. 3. Blend the cooking juices and chipotle peppers until smooth to create a flavorful dipping sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste. 4. Assemble & Cook the Tacos (17 minutes): • Heat a small amount of olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. • Place a tortilla in the pan, add shredded cheese and beef to one half, sprinkle with cilantro if desired, and fold the tortilla over. • Cook each side for about 30 seconds, or until the tortilla is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas. #ShreddedBeefTacos #EasyDinner #BirriaInspired #QuickPrep #BusyNightMeals #FamilyFavorites #DeliciouslyBold #FlavorExplosion #CheesyGoodness #TacoNight #DinnerInspiration #FallFlavors #CrockpotRecipes #TacoLovers #QuickAndEasy #WeeknightDinner #CheeseLovers #CrispyTacos #SlowCookerMeals #DinnerIdeas #MadeFromScratch | Stephenie

864K views · 8.3K reactions | Easy Taco Bell Style Mexican Pizzas🔥 | Easy Taco Bell Style Mexican Pizzas🔥 #easyrecipes #dinner #mealideas | By Cookinginthemidwest | Tonight's dinner with these easy Taco Bell Style Mexican pizzas. These are really good and they're also super simple to make out of just some basic taco ingredients. To make them just get a skillet over medium heat and throw in a pound of ground beef with the diced onion and the seasonings I've listed below to make your taco meat. And while that's cooking just fry some flour tortillas for about a minute on each side and drain them on a paper towel so they're nice and crispy. Then for the assembly process just grab one of those crispy shells. Spread on some refried beans. Add on a scoop of that taco meat and sprinkle on some cheese. And once you're done building the foundations for those authentic Mexican style pizzas you've grab another crispy tortilla and place it on top like a ceiling that's going to hold everything together. Then put the icing on the cake or in this case the taco sauce on the Mexican pizza you're just going to add on your favorite taco sauce and sprinkle on a little bit more cheese and this is going to go in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. And when they come out just hit them with some diced tomatoes and green onions and you have $43 and 12 cents worth of Mexican pizzas from Taco Bell.

651K views · 13K reactions | You Might Be Surprised After Trying This: Fajita Lasagna | You Might Be Surprised After Trying This: Fajita Lasagna | By Josh Elkin | For this recipe I'm using four large flour tortillas actually five but you gotta stick around in order to see where the fifth one goes and then I have this casserole dish and I'm just going to lay two flour tortillas over one another on the sides and then lay two more on the ends ends sides you get the idea and then I'm just going to press them in making sure that they've sort of formed to the same shape of the casserole dish I'm adding some Mexican blended cheese to the bottom. This is a very cheesy dish. Right here I have some fajita chicken and vegetables. We got red, green, yellow peppers, red onions, some chopped up chicken breast that I cooked with fajita seasoning. Um this is super easy to do. All you need is some chicken breast and vegetables. I'm using half of it and putting it on top of the cheese. And then here's where the tortilla comes in I'm using some scissors just to cut it to size you don't necessarily have to do this but I don't I don't want to put too much flour tortilla in here so I'm trying to limit the amount of fold overs if you will this is like origami with with food kind of in a way now another layer of cheese goes on top of that this is going to act almost like a glue and almost like a separation and then I'm adding a can or a jar of salsa. This is a spicy salsa because I like it spicy and spreading that out. You can use as much as you want. Doesn't have to be a can. It could be half a can. Uh it also doesn't have to be spicy. You can use any salsa that you like. Just make sure you spread it out. And then the second half of the chicken fajita mixture with all the liquid in the pan goes on top of that. I'm going to spread it out evenly. And here where the origami comes into play guys I'm going to fold over all the sides creating sort of like a pocket okay we go the ends first making sure that they are snug nice and tight and then the sides go over and if you did it properly it should seal the entire thing up now on top of that I'm using some red enchilada sauce again you could use green if you want it's going to look a little different I'm trying to keep this consistent an entire can this is a 10ounce can of enchilada sauce goes on top I'm spreading it end to end making sure that it sort of drips into the sides and the ends and then on top of that goes about two more cups of Mexican blended shredded cheese I'm adding a lot because I like this super cheesy that goes in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for roughly 25 minutes or just until the cheese is bubbling melted just like this. Now look at that. Doesn't that look so inviting? This is like comfort food at its best. I love chicken fajitas. I also love lasagna. So this was a perfect marriage. And the best part about it was it was so easy to do. So I'm just cutting out six somewhat even squares. You could you could double this up and go twelve if you want. You could make eight if you want to. And then look at at. Doesn't that look so good? You could see the peppers. You could see the chicken. Everything is contained. And just like chicken fajitas. I'm adding some sour cream on top. You don't have to do squeeze bottle like this. I just thought it'd be fancy. Um using ice cream scoop to put a dollop of guacamole and then some more restaurant style salsa along with some chopped cilantro. This was amazing. The kids are going to like it. You're going to like it. It's good for parties, dinner parties. It's good for big game or whatever sporting event. If you like lasagna, whatever you use lasagna for, this is a good alternative. Wow. Just wow. Why did I never think about doing this before?
