Start with a big old can of sliced peaches in syrup. Now that's the equivalent of two of the 15 ounce cans or one big can. Leave the syrup in there. Don't drain it. You'll see why in a moment. Now we're going to top that with some vanilla cake mix. You could use vanilla cake. You could use white cake. You could use yellow cake. Any of the flavors of cake mix works. Empty the entire box on top. Now I know this looks weird but trust me all this is exactly what we want. Spread it out using your hands. And then you're going to some thin sliced butter and add that to the top layer. Now you could also use melted butter and pour it on directly but slicing it thin works as well. Now I'm going to top it with some optional ingredients. Some cinnamon sugar and a sprinkling of brown sugar. It adds a little flavor but you don't have to use it. And now we're going to cover it and cook it on high for two to 3 hours. Every slow cooker works a little bit differently so yours might be more or less but for me three hours was perfect. Now we gotta add some ice cream right? Now I'm going for the sugar free ice cream. Because you know every little bit counts right? So we're going to get a nice scoop of ice cream so you get some peach cobbler ala mode. Take a look at how good this one turned out. This one is one of my favorite desserts because it's essentially only three ingredients. Grab whatever is already in your pantry. And you're going to love it. Now you could drain some of that juice out if you want to but it worked perfectly mixing with the cake mix so I was happy with the way this one turned out. Let me know what you think of it and if you're going to try it.
