Some of the biggest keys are to get comfortable with falling (it’s inevitable so when you get over the fear you’re able to really practice), learn how to properly use the wall and when not to, and being very consistent. Just saw I can add a little quiz on the video. That’s kinda fun. Keep me posted on any handstand gains.
