Ingredients:
- 10-12 pargiyot (1.3 kg)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce or soy sauce, for soy free option see note)
- 8-9 cloves minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
- Oil for spraying

Instructions:

🍯Mix honey, tamari, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper to make the marinade.
🍯Marinate the pargiyot for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
🍯Heat a grill pan over medium high heat ,spray with oil, and grill pargiyot for 3 minutes per side(u may want a bit longer to get them dark like the reel )
🍯Transfer to a baking sheet or roasting pan , pour remaining marinade over the chicken , cover tightly , and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
