My local producer went to someone who had genuine, fresh turmeric, bought some and mailed it to me! I GOT THE FRESH TURMERIC TO DAY! Whoo hoo!!! Love, hugs, and many thanks to Casselmonte Farm for helping me discover what I can do with fresh turmeric root!! This is a good pic of my GENUINE fresh turmeric; mine is a tad more translucent/paler, perhaps because they don't have time to get very mature in Virginia.
