473K views · 15K reactions | Butter Swim Biscuits Are A Gift From The Heavens | Butter Swim Biscuits Are A Gift From The Heavens Seriously, This Must Be How They Make Biscuits Up There | By Drew Cooks | We're going to start with two and a half cups of all purpose flour and just toss it in our mixing bowl. Then add four teaspoons of baking powder. Four teaspoons of sugar. Two teaspoons of salt. And then take a whisk and mix all those dry ingredients together. Uh once they're mixed together we're going to add one and three/ 4 cups of buttermilk. And just stir this baby up until you have a nice big beautiful ball of biscuit dough. Just like this. Then set that ball of beautiful dough aside. Pour a stick of melted butter into an eight by eight baking dish and then bring that ball back. Ploop it right there into that baking dish right on top of that melted butter. Uh use your spatula to spread it out evenly edge to edge in that baking dish and then cut it into nine perfectly beautiful little squares like so. Then you're ready to throw it in the oven at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top looks golden brown like this. Alright, they are out of the oven. Obviously I let them cool off a little bit since I'm touching it. Ah but look at that. They're so crispy. All the butter has soaked in. You can see where we cut it earlier. And let's get one. Woo. Look at that. Still steamy. It's crispy on the outside. Soft like a biscuit on the inside. Alright, I gotta taste it. Butter Swim Biscuits. I'm so excited about this. Damn that's good. Uh I love biscuits. Biscuits are great. Butter makes everything better. So a biscuit cooked in butter. Literally swimming in butter. How could you go wrong? I should take another bite though just to be sure. Oh my god. Okay. There's no reason to make a biscuit any other way. Um and I'm just eating it out of the pan. I would imagine this is even better with honey or jam, jelly, that Texas Roadhouse cinnamon honey butter? Ooh Do they sell that? Can you buy that? Alright, let me know in the comments what you'd put on your Butter Swim Biscuits. Cuz I'm going to make these again. Butter Swim Biscuits. Have you made them yet? If not, what are you waiting for? The only problem I can see with these biscuits is the fact that I might eat that whole lot. All nine of them. But I'm home alone. I'm lonely. Surrounded by Biscuits. See you in the comments.

1.6M views · 124K reactions | These soft, garlicky breadsticks are one of my kids’ favorite side dishes—they absolutely LOVE when I make them! These were the first bread I baked when I was learning, and I remember being so proud of how they turned out. I don’t usually let the dough rise for these, but you can if you prefer. I’ve listed the supplies I used on my Amazon storefront, and you can find the link in my profile. Let me know if you have any questions! Ingredients: 2 Tbsp yeast 2 1/2 cups warm water 2 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp oil 1 Tbsp salt 6 cups flour 1/2 cup melted butter Instructions: 1. Prepare the Dough: • In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. • Add sugar and let it sit for a few minutes until the mixture becomes frothy. • Stir in the oil, salt, and flour to form a soft dough. 2. Knead: • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. 3. Shape the Dough: • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into your desired shapes (e.g., breadsticks, rolls). 4. Season: • Brush the cut dough shapes with melted butter. • Sprinkle with garlic bread seasoning for added flavor. 5. Bake: • Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 22 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. These would be perfect to serve with pasta, soup, or as a snack on their own! #HomemadeBread #GarlicBread #Breadsticks #FreshBaked #BakingAtHome #ComfortFood #BreadLover #EasyRecipes #BakingLove #InstaFood #Foodie #SimpleCooking #Foodstagram #Yummy #RecipeOfTheDay #DeliciouslyBold #BreadBaking #QuickRecipes #BakingJoy | Stephenie | deliciouslybold · Original audio

Very easy to prepare and does not require kneading. | By Tata’s kitchen | Have you ever heard of water bread? That's right and what's best you don't have to need. It's super easy to make. Come with me. First, I'll add 480 milliliters of lukewarm water. Three tablespoons of sugar, Let's mix it until it dissolves completely. Next, 10 grams of dry yeast and we'll mix it again. Now, let's add three tablespoons of oil and guys, this bread is super easy to make. I gotta say, I was surprised with the result. Next, we're adding a tablespoon of salt, and we'll add four and a half cups of flour and we'll add bit by bit. By the way, my cup contains 240 milliliters, okay? Now, we're adding more flour and we'll use the spatula. The dough has to look like this. Not so sticky, right? Then I'll cover it and leave it for 20 minutes. Just look how much it's grown. Now, I'm moving it around a little bit to release some air. And by the way, I dipped my hands in a bit of oil so the dough doesn't stick. Now, with the help of a pair of scissors, I'll cut the dough into six equal parts. You just have to mold it. Super easy to make, right? I'll place them into this mold that's greased with a tattoo oil. Now leave it for 30 minutes. And look how much bigger it got. Then we just take it to the oven that's already preheated at a 80 degrees for 30 minutes. And look at the result. So beautiful right? Now finalize it with water and sugar so it will crystallize and it will make them look even prettier. Ta-da. Looks straight out of the bakery, right? Try it at home 'cuz I'm sure you and your whole family will love it. Look how fluffy it is. I really hope you enjoy this recipe and if you did, don't forget to share it with all of your friends. Lots of love and see you next time.
