Healthy Pudding
• @noashealthyeats The easiest high protein snack! Can use milk or white chocolate but there is just something magical about the white choc and raspberry combination 🔥🥰 Ingredients: •280g vanilla Greek yoghurt (I used YoPRO) •1tbs chia seeds •1 punnet of raspberries •30g white chocolate (I used vitawerx) •2tsp raspberry jam-optional Method: Mix yoghurt, chia seeds and raspberries together. To the base of 2 jars add your jam or additional smashed raspberries. Top with the yoghurt chia mix and than melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to set.
