No added sugar and my toddler loved it! 🍨 INGREDIENTS: 1 can full-fat coconut milk ½ cup honey 2 TBSP vanilla extract 2 cups heavy cream **For a sweeter version sub a can of sweetened condensed milk for the coconut milk. INSTRUCTIONS: In a saucepan, heat 1 can of coconut milk with ½ cup of honey over medium heat. Stir on and off for about 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled add vanilla extract. In a large bowl mix 2 cups of heavy cream on high until thickened. Pour the mixture into tupperware and spread it out evenly. Cover and freeze for a few hours or overnight. When ready to serve, let it sit a few minutes to soften and then top with whatever you heart desires! Give this recipe a try and let

Megan Moos| Wellness tips for rural moms on Instagram: "Homemade Hershey’s Syrup Ingredients: 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 1/4 cup sugar** 3/4 cup cold water 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla **sugar can be substituted for honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar on a 1:1 ratio. There will be slight taste and texture differences but still delicious! Directions: In a medium sauce pan, stir together cocoa powder and sugar. Add in salt and cold water and whisk together. Heat over medium high heat and continue stirring to keep the bottom from scorching. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to simmer. Continue stirring for 30 seconds.
