Lockheed L-1249 Super Constellation adalah versi pesawat bertenaga turbin sayap rendah (low wing) dari keluarga pesawat Lockheed Constellation. Dibuat masing-masing pada tahun 1954 dan 1955, pesawat ini digunakan sebagai prototipe untuk pesawat angkut militer bertenaga turbo masa depan bagi Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat dan Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat.
Pesawat ini berumur sangat pendek dan kerangka pesawat kemudian digunakan untuk membangun L-1049 Super Constellation.
