COFFEE BROWNIE (note: video shows a scaled up version)
120g dark chocolate
460 g butter
2 eggs
180 g sugar
20 ml strong coffee
30 g all-purpose flour
10 g cocoa powder
1/3 tsp flake salt

COFFEE BROWNIE
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (bain-marie) and remove from heat.
In another bowl, lightly beat egg and sugar. Fold in chocolate. Stir in coffee. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt. Pour batter into a pastry ring (18 cm diameter) lined with parchment paper and bake brownie for approx. 25 minutes at 175 °C. Let cool completely."
