Ingredients
500g butter 
500g icing mixture 
Teaspoon vanilla extract 

Method 
Beat your butter for 5 minutes with a scraper beater. You’ll see it go white after beating for a few minutes as long as your butter is cold enough.

Add your icing mixture with the mixer on low. Preferably sifted (unsifted puts your icing at risk of clogging piping tips if you’re piping with it). Mix for a few more minutes until all combined.

Finally add the vanilla extract and mix again.
