This is cool, and very reminiscing of Sword and Poker, which has been sorely missing. I played to Floor 2 for now, but will come back later. The art style and story are nice, and I hope we get a mobile version that plays in portrait mode as well if possible, as well as some powers that allow us to mess with the cards on the table somehow. Looking forward to this!
We do have a mobile version planned, and we think it will work very good on portrait :D
Powers are DONE already, you can use only one for now in this version (changing any card for an As) but we have more, and are planning on on opening them in the next release.
The style and art is amazing, you don´t wanna miss a thing while playing. I'd say is really easy to figure it all out, and it takes you into a fun story. Keep it up! This work is amazing!
This is so much fun! The combination of poker and the roguelike genre is very interesting. Kudos to whoever came up with this idea! *pulls the slot machine lever*
I'm not a fan of poker but the gameplay is really good as well.
As much as the story is good, I'd start the description with how to play; it was a little hard for me to understand since I don't know poker. Also, sometimes it wouldn't let me place a card... not sure if it was a rule or if I had to move the mouse exactly to the center of the slot.

I think the art is very good and the gameplay is unique. I think the game would be improve if there is some special skill or event that affect each opponent's battle not just different item dealing different damage. Otherwise, the game is quite unique on its own.

Yes, we totally agree. Next version we want to work on those differentiators, where active skills and other factors play a bigger role on the outcome of the game.

I think the ability is bugged when the enemy is stunned.

great game so far but one nitpick: at trinkets, there should be a way to choose your trinket, so you can create posable synergies.
You are totally correct. We are working on this, but we want you to be able to "Play" in the casino as well, so it's going to be there soon!

I don't have much idea about poker but I still find it entertaining and easy to play. Also, the theme and characters seem very funny to me.
Very nice game! It's good to have something else about antropomorphic animals in the noir '20s while I wait for news about Lackadaisy.
Hahah indeed. We actually have a video of our artists talking about why they chose birds, and a noir style if you want to check it out!
My only issue with the game is that it isn't long enough.
I really enjoyed the gameplay and mechanics.
It has an interesting visual presentation and I can't wait for a full version. Or maybe a mobile one.
