Homemade flour tortillas 3 cup of all purpose flour 1 cup hot water 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 tablespoons salt 6 tablespoons salted butter In a bowl add in flour, baking powder, salt, and butter. You can grate the butter or you can just put it in. Mix with your hands until the then flour is flaky. Add the hot water and mix with your hands for 2-3 minutes until the dough is nice and smooth. Allow the dough to rest for about 15 minutes. Now make the dough into 2 inch dough balls then roll the dough make sure there’s enough flour in the counter it helps the dough to spread or use a tort

Now add the flour and salt and knead well until dough is smooth.
