Poached Pears: 3 Bosc Pears 2 cups water 1/2 sugar 3 tbs St Germain @stgermaindrinks 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste/ extract 1/2 lemon 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp saffron @sadaf_foods Egg wash: 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp water Method: 1. Wash, peel and core pears; (save the cores for decoration and use extra ones if you have more pears or apples) 2. Add water, sugar, St Garmain, vanilla bean, cinnamon and lemon to a pot and bring to boil; poach for about 7 mn.Set pears aside,add saffron , reduce the sauce.
