So here is a rough guide of how to safely dress your baby depending on the temperature: ☀️ 27 degrees + (80 degrees Fahrenheit) – vest and nappy or nappy only ☀️ 24-27 degrees (75 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit) – short sleeved vest and 0.5 tog sleeping bag ☀️ 21-23 degrees (69 - 73 degrees Fahrenheit) - short or long sleeved vest and 1 tog sleeping bag ☀️ 17 -20 degrees (62 - 68 degrees Fahrenheit) – babygro and 2.5 tog sleeping bag Too tips for baby sleeping in hot weather: 🌡️ keep them hydrated 🌡️ attach a stroller fan to the crib 🌡️ ensure good air flow in the room ?
