Feel free to add your own in the comments! _____________________ North Beach and East beach in Idaho have the best sandy beaches! Fee required for entrance. Go early to get a good spot and bring shade and water toys! _____________________ Garden City Park has free beach access! The beach is more rocky then sandy though. There’s also a playground, big grassy area, restrooms, the ‘smile you’re in Bear Lake mural), and a covered pavilion. Okay, maybe not every 5 years but it’s usually quite a few years in between each time it flows depending on how good of a winter Utah gets.
