Covid 19 attacks all aspects of human life on a global scale. The Indonesian government implement... more Covid 19 attacks all aspects of human life on a global scale. The Indonesian government implemented a policy called Large-Scale Social Restrictions to reduce transmission. The mobility of people automatically changes due to these restrictions, especially in urban areas in Indonesia. Because high individual mobilization usually has to be limited, urban communities are affected more quickly. Despite the condition that still leaves a lot of structural homework to be burdened by the state, the concern for urban communities is slowly growing by working together to fight the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This paper aims to look critically at how urban societies face Covid-19 through digital mutual cooperation (gotong royong), which often occurs with the perspective of social capital. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study. The results of the study show that social capital works like an "anchor" in digital mutual cooperation activities. The three aspects, namely networking, trust, and values and norms are intertwined in social capital.

Despite the high number of Covid-19 cases, Indonesia continued to hold simultaneous local elections, making the regional elections even more controversial. The significance of this research lies in understanding the existence of oligarchic and elite political practices in Indonesia's election administration. The article employs a qualitative method using desk study by analyzing relevant literature to answer the research problem. The novelty of this research is in providing an analysis of the political practices of oligarchy and elite politics in the context of the 2020 local election. The findings indicate that the 2020 local elections were characterized by the re-strengthening of kinship politics, high single candidates, and the involvement of actors with oligarchic interests. This investigation was prompted by the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, which created very ra... more This investigation was prompted by the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, which created very rapid changes in the bureaucratic environment. This initial study is intended to explain how the Indonesian bureaucracy responds to changes due to the pandemic. A literature study is used to aggregate some of the findings of the latest research in Indonesia and official and accountable reports on bureaucratic governance. General results show that the bureaucracy in Indonesia is still stuttering in carrying out its functions. When the public requires quick and fair service, bureaucratic formalism, as an effect of Weberian bureaucracy, finds its contradiction. Still, the response required by the public does not accompany it. Further studies must be initiated to formulate an agile and public-centered bureaucratic model in the post-pandemic era. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga tahapan: 1) Analisis situasi dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan; 2) Intervensi objek dilakukan dengan ceramah, FDG dan pendampingan; 3) Evaluasi dan Refleksi secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Secara kuantitatif nilai rata-rata peserta sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan adalah 70,19 dan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 80,31 setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan. kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu memberikan dampak positif secara kognitif terhadap pengetahuan tentang kolaborasi dalam community parenting. This article explains about the labor movement as an agenda of its organization (labor party) to ... more This article explains about the labor movement as an agenda of its organization (labor party) to pursue labor's aspirations which have been rarely accommodated by government. A possible strategy that can be devised by the labor movement to establish a political party is by developing a strong constituency. This can be achieved by accommodating discussions on important issues from the grassroot level to identify problems and solutions as a form of political education for both labors and the public in general. Moreover, the labor movement needs to promote coordination and avoid inter-organizational disharmony and division. All labor practitioners shall work together and share ideas to shape a committed vision towards establishment of the labor party. Another vital part of this agenda lies in the importance of the implementation of general elections that facilitates the movement of alternative parties. Therefore, current formal administrative rules that hinder the registration of new political parties need to be urgently revised to promote better democracy in Indonesia.

This research is motivated by the relatively high number of people with social welfare problems f... more This research is motivated by the relatively high number of people with social welfare problems for street children in North Jakarta compared to other cities in the DKI Jakarta Province. Therefore, serious efforts from the government are needed to overcome this problem. This study discusses the dynamics of the implementation of the policy on the service program for people with social welfare problems for street children in North Jakarta.. This study uses a qualitative method. To select informants, researchers used purposive sampling. To measure the validity of the study, the researcher used source triangulation by comparing data from observations and interviews, conditions with people's perspectives, and interviews with document content. The results showed that the communication process in the implementation of handling street children has not been implemented properly. This occurs because there are conditions in the delivery of information that are still ineffective. Furthermore, resources related to staff, information, authority, and facilities also each have shortcomings so that they lack effectiveness in terms of policy resources. In the context of disposition, it shows that policy implementers have not yet optimal responses in implementing policies on handling street children in North Jakarta. Meanwhile, from the bureaucratic structure, the implementing institution has its own SOP. The implementation of policies on handling street children in North Jakarta has not experienced fragmentation. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh cukup tingginya jumlah penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial anak jalanan di Jakarta Utara dibandingkan dengan Kota lain di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Oleh karenanya perlu upaya serius dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini membahas tentang dinamika pelaksanaan kebijakan program pelayanan penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial anak jalanan di Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Untuk memilih informan peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling. Untuk mengukur validitas penelitian, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dan wawancara, keadaan dengan perspektif orang, dan hasil wawancara dengan isi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan penanganan anak jalanan belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terjadi karena ada kondisi penyampaian informasi yang masih kurang efektif. Selanjutnya sumberdaya yang berkaitan dengan staff, information, authority, dan facilities juga masing-masing memiliki kekurangan sehingga kekurangan efektivitas dalam hal sumberdaya kebijakan. Dalam konteks disposisi menunjukkan bahwa para pelaksana kebijakan memiliki respon yang belum optimal dalam menjalankan kebijakan penanganan anak jalanan di Jakarta Utara. Sedangkan dari stuktur birokrasi, institusi pelaksana telah memiliki SOP tersendiri. Pelaksanaan kebijakan penanganan anak jalanan di Jakarta Utara tidak mengalami fragmentasi.

This moment is the last chance for Jokowi to shows his commitment to good governance. However, there are things that cannot be denied, the experience of the last five years (2014-2019) of Jokowi's leadership still leaves a lot of homework that needs to be addressed. The bureaucracy performance is still low. The research design in this article uses descriptive research methods supported by a literature study approach that traces the actual secondary data as a study material. The results of this study predict the two aspects mentioned by Jokowi in the "Vision of Indonesia" speech, namely structural reform and mindset reform. Structural improvement is used to create a fast and agile bureaucracy in providing public services. And reforming the mindset can be done by adapting the mindset capacity in dynamic governance, which is to encourage bureaucrats to think ahead, think again, and think across to open opportunities to create productive, innovative and competitive bureaucracies.

This paper aimed to contribute in explaining the implementation of community empowerment through ... more This paper aimed to contribute in explaining the implementation of community empowerment through the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Jati Village, East Jakarta and Kebon Kosong Village, Central Jakarta. Basically, both locations have demonstrated good practice of empowering and implementing ProKlim. But if faced with the problem of climate change which substantively has a global character –the village as the subject is only able to carry out limited adaptation and mitigation to climate change. Therefore, the structural narrative is crucial in overcoming the problem of climate change, namely by re-presenting the role and intervention of the state through macro policy.

Pernyataan Jokowi sangat berbeda dengan peringatan sebelumnya yang ditujukan kepada pegawai negeri, pemimpin daerah, dan aparat keamanan, serta memperingatkan mereka agar tidak memihak. Secara normatif, Pasal 281 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu memang mengatur bolehnya presiden yang sedang menjabat ikut berkampanye, meski dengan persyaratan tertentu. Di antaranya harus cuti di luar tanggungan negara serta tak menggunakan fasilitas dalam jabatannya.
Dalam diskursus global, Aliansi Koperasi Internasional (ICA), bersama dengan Organisasi Buruh Internasional (ILO) menyuguhkan diskursus tentang implementasi SDGs dalam praktika koperasi eksisting (Wanyama, 2014). Yang menarik dari diskursus itu adalah bukti di lapangan bagaimana koperasi mendukung, bahkan secara diam-diam, dan menggerakan SDGs bertahun-tahun lamanya.
