As a result, developers are looking for new materials that can be used as an alternative in construction. Natural fibres, such as jute and coir fibre, were chosen to enhance the properties of the concrete in this study. The aim of this research is to evaluate the addition of jute & coir fibers with GGBS & metakaolin on fresh & hardened properties of concrete. Locally made jute & coir fibers are blended with plain concrete in percentages of 0.25 %, 0.50 %, 0.75 %, and 1.00 % by weight and 15 mm range, with optimum percent of GGBS and metakaolin replacing cement. In this research I will check workability, strength and durability parameters such as slump test, compressive strength, flexural strength, split tensile strength and acid attack with different percentages of natural fibers & mineral Admixture.

In India, presently there is a rapid need and increase in the number of high-rise buildings as a basic infrastructure for residential and commercial utility. As due to this cost effectiveness and so many advantages of pre-stressed concrete it is widely used in all over the world. As the design aids for reinforced concrete is available as SP-16 but there is no design aids for pre-stressed concrete. Here by this work provides some design aids for pre-stressed concrete flexural member in the form of design charts.

The iron fibers used in the concrete mixture are 50 mm long and 5 mm wide which is the waste of the lathe. For this purpose, there are 5 variations of concrete mixture with iron fiber content of 0%, 6%, 8%, 10% and 12% of cement weight for each mixed variation. The test specimens used are cylindrical in diameter 150 mm and 300 mm in height. The value of fresh concrete slump is set in the range 100-140 mm. The value of compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of concrete was obtained from concrete cylinder testing after 28 days of curing. The test results showed that the concrete mixture with iron fiber content of 8% yielded the highest compressive strength from the variation of the mixture of concrete using iron fiber. The value of the modulus of elasticity of the concrete obtained from the test results shows the same trend with the elasticity value calculated using the empirical equation.

In this paper an attempt is made to develop SCC of Different Strength by Using various ranges of cements and Fly Ash, with appropriate quantity of Super plasticizer and VMA. Keywords— Compaction, Compressive Strength, Fly Ash, Super Plasticizer, Viscosity Modifying Agent, Water/Paste Ratio.

Utilization of these materials not only helps in getting them used in cement, concrete and other construction materials, it reducing the cost of concrete and cement manufacturing, but also has many indirect benefits such as reduction in land-fill cost, saving in energy, and protecting the environment from possible pollution effects. E -waste (EW) is abbreviation of Electronic waste, consists of discarded computers, TV, Laptop, refrigerators – basically all electrical or electronic appliance that has reached its end-of-life. Efforts have been made in the concrete area to use nonbiodegradable components of E-waste (EW) as a partial replacement of the coarse aggregates. An experimental study is made by preparing specimens by utilizing E-plastic waste particles as coarse aggregates in Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) with a percentage replacement from 0% to 30% i.e. (5%, 10%, 15%....up to...
