Remy Bradley Furniture Flips DIYs on Instagram: "Here are my tips for a silky smooth paint finish! • Clean your piece before you do anything, to remove any build up, stickers, residue, etc.. • Always fill any imperfections you see with wood filler, Bondo, or epoxy putty. • Use a quality paint that self-levels. • Lightly sand in between each coat of paint with 220+ grit. • If brushing and using a water based paint, use a light spray mister to mist water on your piece before brushing the paint on. • If rolling, use a 1/4in nap roller, not a foam roller. • Spraying is my personal choice for a smooth finish. • Finish by using a brown paper bag to "sand" after the last coat. Brown paper bags are equivalent to 1500 grit and will leave your piece buttery smooth! Let me know if you have any qu
