This Corn Puri Chaat is my take on masala puri loaded with sweet corn and veggies. I love serving this when hosting because it’s easy to eat & impossible to resist 😋 You have to try it! #DiwaliKiRoshni Ingredients: ¼ cup Onions diced ¼ cup Tomatoes diced ¼ cup Cucumber diced ¼ cup Potatoes diced (boiled) 1 cup Corn Kernels steamed 1 tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder ½ Lemon Juice ¼ cup Mint Leaves chopped Puris Sev & coriander for Garnish Method: - In a bowl combine all the ingredients apart from puris and sev and mix well - Adjust seasoning if needed - Make a hole in the puris and stuff it with the filling - Garnish with sev and coriander
