THE BEST balsamic chicken cobb salad!! 😋🤩
45min · 4 servings Balsamic chicken cobb salad Balsamic marinade: (per 1 lb of chicken) • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar • 2 tbs olive oil • 2 tsp brown mustard • 2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp garlic powder • Salt and pepper to taste Add all marinade ingredients in a bowl with the chicken, let sit for 30 minutes. Cook on medium high until chicken is cooked to 165. 😊 In the salad: • Mixed greens • Grape tomatoes • Cucumber • Strawberries • Avocado • Green onion • Goat cheese • Hard boiled eggs • Balsamic chicken I had mine with poppyseed dressing but it would also go great with ranch or balsamic vinaigrette! Enjoy!
