Someone clicked the 🔁 button on https://fed.brid.gy/web/bsky.brid.gy 100 ish times just now, which resulted in 50-60k send tasks. Not ideal. We should either rate limit that button per IP or maybe remove it entirely and only let admins like me use it.

I'd say let that button only be pressed once every 24h regardless the IP
