Hi there, we had to temporarily disable swimlanes support ("Group by" on the board layout), but it should be working again! Let us know if that's not the case or if you're encountering any irregularities. |

Thanks for the update @evi-liu! I think my org will need to wait for this feature to go full GA. The beta has introduced too many new issues affecting our day to day work. |

It's hard to tell what was an issue and what's been fixed at this point, but losing the ability to "group by" and the insights tab were too critical to our sprint management operations to confidently continue in the beta. I know the "group by" got fixed which is great! |

Hola. entiendo que si, la necesidad inicial es poder tener mas de los 1200 issues en un proyecto, tenemos varios proyectos pero en particular dos entre abiertos y cerrados tienen mas de esta cantidad. La consulta es como poder activar esta versión beta que entiendo ya tienen esta mejora. |

We are seeing an error that feels is recent I have a Board where the sort is by Milestone. Typically, in the ToDo col there will be no milestone, in the Test col everything will have a milestone.

👋 @evi-liu - Is there any chance the increase in the items limit came with an increase in the number of allowed workflows? We have some teams with several smaller repos and had to split into multiple project boards to accommodate our auto-adds. |

The issue# in the project view is no longer a hyperlink? You have to click on the ellipsis and "Open in a new tab".
e.g. when I click on an issue in the project view the URL is similar to: I used to be able to cmd click on the # 7528 and navigate to https://github.com/org_name/repo_name/issues/7528. |

Cuando doy clic en tablero a un issue se demora en abrirse la ventana derecha con la información del issue. AL reducir las columnas en su ancho se demora o no lo realiza. |

Not sure where to leave this feedback, but now that Projects are apparently being worked on again, how about fixing some existing bugs that really make the tool harder to use?
These are operations I do all the time, so them misbehaving is very time consuming. |

Increased item limits on projects
This beta increases the limit of project items from 1.2k to 50k per project.
Bugs and feedback
As this is still in beta, bugs are expected and reporting of them is welcomed. If you notice any bugs, please drop a comment in the thread below. Screenshots/videos capturing the bug are appreciated. Our team will be triaging the thread and looking to address the bugs as soon as possible.
There are a couple of known bugs/feature gaps:
Opting in
If your project is approaching the 1.2k limit and does not utilize Insights, project admins will see this waitlist banner. Click
Join waitlistto be added to the beta waitlist. If space allows, your project will be flagged in.Once you’re flagged in, you will see this beta label on your project.
If you do not see the banner and would like to be added to the waitlist, please comment below with the following template:
Opt-in request
Opting out
To reiterate, because this is still in private beta, bugs are to be expected. If you encounter bugs that are significantly deteriorating your daily workflow and you would like to opt out of the beta, please opt out in the project settings.
Please note that if your project has surpassed the 1.2k item limit and the project is then flagged out of Projects without Limits, then users will only be able to see the first 1.2k items of the project. To make the project usable again, you will need to archive items to get below the 1.2k limit again.
Note
As we perform maintenance from time to time, your project may be temporarily flagged out. If your project is flagged out for more than a couple of hours, please let us know here so we can remediate.
