Describe the bug
There is no image and reference page for "parseInt" block.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2.Open a new or existing project and click Help button(?).
3.Move to Blocks and click text.
4.Scroll below to find parseInt and observe it

Actual behavior
There is no image in the parseInt card, It shows "Could not load the documentation" after clicking parseInt.

Expect behavior
The image and the reference page should display and work normally for parseInt block.
