Issue with changing properties #27

Following through the tutorial, I reached this part : http://mariash.github.io/learn-bosh/#change_properties

And found that the configuration change doesn't seem to get propagated unless I again build a release with --force and then deploy again, despite what the guide says.

I'm using Bosh version 2.0.31-0b6f2bc-2017-08-14T22:51:16Z

Could not reproduce. You should not be updating release for that part. Make sure you only changed manifest. And release was updated in previous steps.
