Post version v4.2 you need to install a new version of Ghostscript. If you do not you may get the error "postscript delegate failure." You can get Ghostscript here: \\filer01\emu\supporting_software\Ghostscript\gs871w32.exe (Copy the .EXE file to your desktop, and run it.) If that does not fix your issue:
N.B. You may need to have admin rights to install new software to your computer. |
