Feature Description

On the contributors page the ui can be more interactive like on there should be some effects on hovering etc.

Use Case

By hovering on any specific contributor card we can make them outshine other contributor, by which we can clearly focus on each and every contributor.

@ayushsharma031009 Actually i want to inform u one thing , that the contribution period of kwoc will start from 5 th dec , so any contributions before that timeline will not count towards KWOC , so please try to start contributing after 5th DEC .

& regarding this issues which u have raised prior , don't worry about it , i will review & assign u this issues after the contribution period starts
