Slow to render photos in form #61

When in the report form, uploading photos results in sluggish performance when rendering the image "thumbnails".

Perhaps the problem is the file size. We still want the original or optimized quality of the photos but not to render a thumbnail version perhaps.

To recreate the issue trying selecting 6 or more photos and see the poor performance in the form rendering the photo components.
