Credit for Yuichi Tateno is outside of the MIT block— if I distribute only the MIT block in my application disclosures am I satisfying the license?

The .lua file contains a BSD-3 license for Robert Penner. Would you & Yuichi Tateno consider offering an optional BSD-3 license so I could merge the credits to Penner, Oga and

(What would be most helpful is if the license.txt contained a single block people could copypaste and be fully complying with the license.)
