Hi!
I´m glad to know there is a free extesion to track time on VSTS. Great work to you guys.
In order to try it, I´d like to show an error that I´m facing when I´ve tried to add a Budget to a client.
Steps:

  1. Got into Project Settings
  2. Got into Extension -> Time & Effort
  3. Created a Role (Dev = $40 /h)
  4. Created a Client (Client = Company X)
  5. Create a budget (November - 11/01/2018 to 11/30/2018 - $5000 limit)

So, on 5th step when I hit Save button then I´ve got the "loading" forever. In the first try, I leave "Hours" blank and set only "Costs". It doest work(foverer loading). On the second try, I set some hours and the costs and I also got the foverer loading.

I´ve attached 2 prinscreens.

  1. The loading error
  2. The Chrome console showing some JS errors.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

I am getting the exact same error as this.

When I first started using it was able to create a budget but since then I have not been able to.

Other than this issue I think the Extension is great!

Experienced as a great extension so far. I have also not been able to create budget for same reason, tried on Chrome and Firefox (for both with last version).

I have the same issue.
Upon submitting new budget request, I'm receiving the "Loading" window that lasts forever.
In fact, the server returns error 401 as response with a text "TF400813: The user '36417968-d8ea-6d10-97cf-cfe00721f082' is not authorized to access this resource."
Also, as well as fredericocarneiro, I see the same error before that 401 response in a devconsole:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'html' of undefined
at TimesSettingsBudgetGrid.ts:114
at n._wrapCallback (VSS.SDK.min.js:2)
at Array. (VSS.SDK.min.js:2)
at VSS.SDK.min.js:2

It's a pity that such great extension cannot be used :(
