Fusion has a lot of bugs with their new additive slicer. Unfortunately I don't think there is anything I can do to fix these. If you have a fix, please comment below.

Bugs

  • Trying to use Extruder 3 (T2) for anything
  • Multi body rafts
    • Not applying the z offset
    • Applying too much z offset
    • Having a weird support like lattice between raft and part
  • Raft Z bump causes first layer to be printed after second layer if it is anything other than 0

Missing Features

  • Multi material prints (per body not just support & raft)

Work Around

If the Fusion slicer is causing too many issues, then you can always run the program in Standalone mode. This will allow you to merge the Fusion CAM gcode with the additive gcode from Simplify3D (other slicers can be configured theoretically, notes on how to do this are in the documentation).

It is not as fluid a process since you will need to use .stl files again, but it will give you the advantages of using Simplify3D (or equivalent)
