Get two options, choose one, and test your luck. Win? Earn 5 points and a coin. Lose? Lose a heart. Lose all five hearts? Game over. If the black background isn't interesting, try purchasing a different background. You could also gift hearts to all currently online playersor donate coins, (if you're feeling generous).
