They are integrated into modern e-learning systems due to their rising popularity. E-learning and mobile learning provide students with more options for learning without any limitations. Today, many students are adapted to these new technologies as long as they have inherited a naturally tech-savy mindset. We use survey data to explore students and teachers’ interest in e-learning and mobile learning. This survey will help us discover the real value of these subjects in Moroccan higher education. Once we have collected our survey responses, we will be able to determine whether our study has had an impact on the students and teachers par- ticipation in these new forms of learning. At the end of the topic, all the answers and the statistics (quantitative and qualitative) that we have collected from our students and teachers’ opinions about this study will be shown, analyzed, and discussed. Keywords— e-learning, m-learning, smart devices, ICT.

In fact, the research is very abundant in some point that research have not away or who are just redundant. The overall objective of this paper is to plot the landscape of published proposals in the field of automation and code generation, without restricting the search neither to a specific context nor to a particular programming language. We decide in our article to combine two interesting approaches which permit to focus effectively a given field: Tertiary review and Systematic mapping review; this combination is very constructive and allow us to enlarge and feed our study. Our review is based on a comprehensive set of 2450 selected resources over 6223 studies that were initially identified: 2347 secondary articles, and 103 primary articles selected. As a result of our study we conclude that there is need for research that validates and evaluates the existing proposals.

People in software industry have been using models for a precise description of systems at the appropriate abstraction level without unnecessary details. Model-Based Architecting and Model-Driven (MD) approaches in system development process increase the importance and power of models by shifting the focus from programming to modeling activities. Models may be used as primary artifacts in constructing software, which means that software components are generated from models. Software development tools need to automate as many as possible tasks of model construction and transformation requiring the smallest amount of human interaction and why not the total automation of development processes in software engineering. This paper focuses on four organizations, each of which plays a role in the development of E-learning standards interoperability. For this study, we first tried to provide a detailed timeline for each standard that will provide an overview containing a well-crafted description of standards, specifications such as (SCORM, xAPI) for ADL, Caliper for IMS, their guidelines and define their strengths and weaknesses. We also talk about a recent collaborative project between organizations that have been developed by AICC and ADL such as CMI-5. Finally, a discussion on the evolution of interoperability standards for E-learning and its impact on the platforms of higher education and their perspectives with the new technologies such as mobile learning is presented.

This situation generates different problems related to portability, reusability, adaptability, integration and interoperability. The Object Management Group (OMG) proposes the Model Driven Architecture (MDA), which improves portability of applications by allowing the same model to be realized on multiple platforms. Such MDA defines an architecture based on platform independent models (PIM) and platform specific models (PSM). The component approach aims to design and develop systems from prefabricated components, predesigned and pretested, to be reused in other applications, which would facilitate application's maintenance and evolution, would promote adaptability and configurability in order to produce new features. In this work we present LMSGENERATOR, a multi-target Learning management system generator with a model-driven methodology based on MDA approach coupled with component approach. Based on generative programming, from user specifications (abstract models) and the desired technologies, software bricks will be generated and assembled to produce a complete solution adapted to area and users' needs.
