Air Fried Artichoke Hearts •1 can artichoke hearts •avocado oil spray •grated parmesan •lemon . Drain the hearts and cut in halves. Pat dry with a few paper towels until most of the moisture is removed (bonus is you can let the artichokes set out to air dry an hour or two). .
