Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup fresh raspberries ½ cup white chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing until smooth. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips. Pour into pan, bake 35-40 mins. Cool before serving. Prep Time: 15 mins | Cooking Time: 40 mins | Total Time: 55 mins | Kcal: 350 per slice | Servings: 8
