PADDLE FORCE is a fast-paced update of the classic pong game designed for head to head play. Score to expand your terrain until you control the entire board and win, using zany power-ups to help you along the way.

Controls

PADDLE FORCE is best enjoyed with a friend and two gamepads. You can also play with the keyboard.

How to Play

  • You can only move within your side of the board
  • Score on the opposing goal to expand your terrain.
  • When you capture the whole board, you win!
  • Hit Powerups into the opposing goal to activate them.

Say hi!

PADDLE FORCE is brought to you by the following fine folks. We'd love to hear from you.

Found a bug? Have feedback?

Let us know in the comments section below, and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Known Issues
  • When a  gamepad is connected via USB and Bluetooth simultaneously (e.g. a PS4 controller), it will act as two distinct gamepads. If this happens to you, choose one or the other: disconnect from bluetooth or unplug from USB.
  • PADDLE FORCE runs best in Chrome and support for other browsers is highly experimental for now.
  • Sometimes, you're unable to select gamepads for both players on the splash page. However, this does not affect your ability to use them in-game. Choose gamepad for one player and keyboard for the other, and you will be able to use both gamepads when the game starts.

Amazing,

Oof, finally managed to win against the CPU!

Perfect👌
but it needs to things:

1. CPU difficulty levels

2. Players able to change default keymaps

(+2)

Retarded controls and you can't even change them, bruh...

Hi, first of all, great game!

However, I think I have discovered two bugs, the first major one really makes the game unfair for one player, while the second one is actually kinda fun :)

  • 1st bug is very easy to reproduce: L (player on the left) scores (the ball bounces off the right wall), and if R (player on the right) wants to block the ball on its return path, the ball passes right through R and back to L's side.
    • This is a huge disadvantage for R.
    • (It works fine when you leave enough time between the ball hitting the wall and R, but this is a fast-paced game, that almost never happens...).
  • 2nd bug sometimes happens after the opponent-finishing mini game, perhaps when you don't hit your opponent or something like that. In the next round you keep the ball from the mini game and another one spawns, so you get to play with two balls that round.
    • Also something weird happens to the audio for the rest of the session, volume drops to maybe 30% and everything sounds distorted.

the controls being c and v for rotate are so annoying they should be like left and right arrows so your hands don't have to be right next to eachother

(+2)

The CPU is Very hard to beat basically making this game unplayable.

(1 edit) (+2)

You should really make this game more competitive (playable with online players, add difficulties to the bot, allow to play with gamepads (atcually it doesn't work, i tried)).

I would love to see videos of the fastest and strongest players in the world and participate to championships. This game has a really high potential.

(+1)

I agree! I feel like this game has a really high skill ceiling, harder bots and online would be great

did they decrease cpu level? everyone here is saying it's superhuman while i can beat it most of the time

Is it possible to decrease the CPU level ?

I've hit over fifty tries and still haven't won. good to know my place

First try, lets go the cpu is too easy

CPU vs. CPU

Best of 3!!

Green wins! (Right side)

Final Score: 1:2

Notes: The Final Round was the longest one

(+2)

This game is so cool but PLEASSEE add cpus levels. the current CPU is genuinely super human.

(+1)

Hey! Very fun game and good job! I entered the game to spend some time and found myself playing it for quite a while! However, I think you should add error/mistake rate for CPU players, or increase it if there already is because currently CPU player fails only if the defined speed is not enough to catch the ball.

super good and polish.

Really fun but controllers don't work( I connected an official xbox controller to it which didn't work).

I use a Logitech Gamepad F310 but i can´t use it. Why?

Dualshock 4 (PS4) controller is not working too

(+1)

Pretty good game, I like the challenge and I can't stop playing, I think it's safe to say I've got to be as good if not better than the bot thank you for the game and I will continue to play it :)

(1 edit) (+1)

Download not available :/
Please add the game to download page.
And one suggestion, please add the controls customization so we can select Arrow keys, its hard to play with WASD and CV.

(1 edit)

Gamepad still not working. :(

Otherwise amazing game. Very fun with casual and competitive friends.

Yes

It's fun when playing with a friend but when you are playing against the bot it isn't fun. The bot is doing stuff that normal human beings wouldn't really be able to do unless they practiced this game for a couple months. I'm just tryna have fun, I ain't tryna fight against some national pro bot.

(1 edit)

A few buddies of mine and I played this today during one of our classes.
We have not wheezed that hard in a while, what a phenomenal game.
All the game's really missing are some keybind options, but otherwise, it was such a cool take on Pong.

WHAT THE HELL I WANT TO MAKE MY CONTROLS ARROWS AND CV B/C ITS EASIER TO PLAY PLEASE ADD SOME CONTROL CHANGING ABILITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not playable on my machine :(

I have a pretty decent laptop (I play some AAA games) but the games pauses sometimes like it's intended, but it's not playable. I have a recording of this issue.

Im like 90% sure thats intended, the game has pauses for more oomph

BUG: The speed that the game runs at is dependent on the monitor refresh rate. Playing against the CPU with 144hz is practically impossible because of how fast everything moves and how the spins are not very controllable (can only spin 180° instead of 90°) but it immediately became better when changing my Windows display setting to 60hz or when I switched to a different computer that has a 60hz monitor. This bug is for the HTML5 version of the game.

Other than that, awesome game!

player spins way slower that the speed of ball, which is very, very anti intuitive (In real life sport such as tennis or padel, you swing your racket almost as fast as how fast the ball can fly). this will makes player unable to predict the proper swinging time to hit the ball. I believe that is the major reason why so many comments says this game is too hard.

I love this game. I have played it several times with my freinds when i have time over.

I can not play with a Bluetooth Xbox remote

 HATE THIS GAME

It would be really good if you could create a free version of this for the download, as that would be awesome and I would be able to play it to its fullest.

(+1)

Love this idea - makes me think of tile grabbing in Battle Network :)

(+1)

Haha originality is a mirage

great game <3

Thanks!

Awesome game guys! I am playing it everyday, and it's great. Are you considering an online multiplayer version of it? I'd love to help with development if you are.

Hey! Glad you're enjoying it! We have actually thought of some multiplayer additions, but haven't gotten around to making it happen. Would be a dream, actually. Trick is making sure that lag time is extremely low so that people still feel like they're playing together.

(+3)

why is this so hard. great game but hard. I have been playing for over an hour and haven't won once. sadness

(-2)

Hope you figured out some tricks! Make sure you use your own goal to fake out the CPU.

THERES NOTHIN TO GET THE GAME WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD ITS SAYS NOTHIN IS TO DOWNLOAD YET IN SO SAD

It's because everything is unlocked at $1
