How to Make Coconut Macaroons!
▶️ METHOD: 1. Mix 1¾ cups sweetened coconut flakes, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, & ¼ tsp salt in a bowl. 2. In another bowl, use a hand mixer to beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form. 3. Mix the egg whites with the coconut flakes mixture. 4. Using a tbsp, scoop out the mixture & place it on a pan with parchment paper. 5. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes. 6. Let the macaroons cool. 7. Dip each macaroon into melted chocolate. Then drizzle more chocolate over them.
