Greville Street Residence, Clovelly

Alterations and additions to this heritage listed terrace in Clovelly effectively doubled the area of this 4.3m wide terrace and provided greater connection with its tiny rear garden. The attention to detail and organisation by "Build by Design" made a real success of this remotely administered project. We reinstated a “Juliette” balcony and doubled arched front window to match the adjacent property no 5.
