I've been vegetarian since the age of 7 ... never learned how to cook meat ... now I'm aspiring to be mostly vegan but with occasional cheese and eggs and fish. Also, if I'm going to spend the time to cook or bake something, it has to be healthy and natural. I haven't used white flour or refined sugar for a long time. Ditto white pasta and white rice.
