Instrucciones de pago para los servicios del Centro de Solicitud de Visa Canadiense (CVAC)
Todos los solicitantes que presenten su solicitud de visa o permiso a travs del CVAC, ya sea en persona o por
mensajera, deben incluir el pago del cargo de servicio de tramitacin del expediente. Todas las solicitudes de visa o
permiso pagadas a travs del CVAC deben incluir el cargo de cobro y transmisin de pagos al gobierno canadiense.
Informacin importante: Le informamos que, para su conveniencia, a partir del 1 de Abril de 2015 las siguientes
formas de pago sern las nicas aceptadas para el pago de visa o permisos:
1. Depsito bancario en cualquier sucursal Scotiabank, a la cuenta 14506280854 a nombre de VISA FACILITATION
SERVICES MEXICO S. DE RL. DE CV.
2. Directamente en el CVAC, con cualquier tarjeta de crdito o dbito Visa o Mastercard.
3. En lnea directamente en CIC (disponible en Ingls o Francs)

Services and Service Charge Schedule

Payment instructions for Canada Visa Application Centre services.
All applicants presenting visa or permit applications at the CVAC, in person or by courier, must include the service
charge for application handling. All applications paid at the CVACs account must also include GC fees collection and
remittance charge.
Important: Please be informed that, for your convenience, starting on 1 April 2015, the following new payment
methods will be available:
1. Bank deposit in any Scotiabank branch to the account number 14506280854 under VISA FACILITATION
SERVICES MEXICO S DE RL DE CV.
2. Directly at the CVAC, with any Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
3. Online through CIC.

Payment Instructions for CVAC Service Charges:

In person - Please pay directly at the CVAC with debit or credit card, or make a bank deposit in any Scotiabank

the total amount of the services you will require.
By mail or courier - Please make a bank deposit in any Scotiabank branch to the account number 14506280854
under VISA FACILITATION SERVICES MEXICO S DE RL DE CV for the total amount of the services you will
require.
Additional information about visa and permit fees
Please note that the application processing fee is non-refundable and it corresponds to the processing of the
application only. It does not guarantee the issuance of a visa or permit.
Please note that the decision to issue a Multiple Entry visa is at the discretion of the visa officer. Although in most
cases multiple entry visas are issued when someone applies for this type of visa it may happen that, in view of the
particular circumstances of the applicant, the visa officer will only authorize a single-entry visa. Therefore, paying the
Multiple Entry fee does not guarantee the issuance of a Multiple Entry visa. Also note that the Embassy cannot issue
a visa beyond the validity of your passport. The Multiple Entry visa can be issued for a maximum of 10 years.

Due to privacy policy Call center staffs will not be able to provide you any information on your visa application
and its status. You can track your application online.
You should contact CVAC during the hours specified. Please dont come before the opening hours since
building administration will not allow you to enter the premise

Specifications
The photographs must be identical and taken within the last six months. They
may be either black and white or colour.
The photographs must be clear, well defined and taken against a plain white or
light-coloured background.
If the photographs are digital, they must not be altered in any way.
Your face must be square to the camera with a neutral expression, neither
frowning nor smiling, and with your mouth closed.
You may wear non-tinted prescription glasses as long as your eyes are clearly
visible. Make sure that the frame does not cover any part of your eyes.
Sunglasses are not acceptable.
A hairpiece or other cosmetic accessory is acceptable if it does not disguise your

normal appearance.
If you must wear a head covering for religious reasons, make sure your full facial
features are not obscured.
Photograph and head size specifications
The frame size must be at least 35 mm 45 mm (1 3/8 1 3/4).
The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the
middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4) and
36 mm (1 7/16).
Crown means the top of the head or (if obscured by hair or a head covering)
where the top of the head or skull would be if it could be seen.
If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new
photographs before your application can be processed.
