Krab Rangoons
Krab Rangoons Ingredients: • 2 8oz pack of Cream cheese • ½ Yellow onion diced small • ½ lb Imitation Krab (Kani) chopped • 1 tbsp Sugar • ¼ tsp salt Instructions: • Cut krab is small pieces and break into smaller pieces • Dice yellow onion into small pieces • In a large bowl mix all ingredients together • Wrap in medium thick wonton wrapper by wetting each side with a little egg and then bring corners together • Fry at 350 until golden brown and enjoy This is a great appetizer and party favorite. The onions diced small add a little crisp freshness to the filling to the creaminess of the cream cheese. After frying, these are great with a sweet chili sauce or a sweet and sour sauce. If you do have left overs, you can reheat in convection oven or air fryer at 350F for 8-10
