Giving your Rabbit The Best Start In Life | Transitioning Nuggets | Changing Rabbit Diet
Once your rabbit reaches 20 weeks of age, you can then make the switch from our Junior Nuggets to an adult diet. You will need to do this gradually over 10-14 days to reduce the risk of any digestive upsets. When transitioning your rabbit from one food to another, gradually increase the amount of new food whilst reducing the amount of old food. Make sure you allow a minimum of 10 days to make the full switch.
