Louise on Instagram: "Home Corner 🏠 I love how this area has come together and hasn’t cost much at all with lots of donations, including the tea set, plates, cups, baby clothes and the lovely Ikea kitchen. The loose parts is a great addition and it’s been great seeing the children using them in their play. Resources are shadowed to help the children with tidying up and also matching shapes and colours. Thanks to @earlyyearsonashoestring for the inspiration of using food packaging. A great way to make use of empty packaging and enhance play. #roleplayarea #homecorner #roleplay #imaginativeplay #pretend #looseparts #eyfsclassroom #nurseryclassroom #eyfsteacher #passionforprovision #play #learningthroughplay"

Katie Taylor on Instagram: "Some inspiration for you all using my pebble families download. It’s a great one for putting out in the first few weeks of meeting a new group of children. Download from my website as an individual resource or join my membership to gain access to this resource and hundreds more all linked to nature or the outdoors. It’s also included in the ‘back to school bundle’. Comment ‘pebble’ if you need the link! ☺️🌿 #eyfs #earlyyears #earlyyearsideas #newschoolyear #continuosprovision #provisionideas #teachingresources #teachingresource #teachersofinstagram #eyfsinspiration #earlyyearsplay #earlyyearsactivities #earlyyearsoutdoors #earlyyearsoutdoor #earlyyearsoutdoormembership #naturalclassroom #pebblefamilies"

Such lovely conversation & vocabulary stemmed from this activity! I printed this template on A3 from @twinklresources - I also challenged the children to make their skeleton do different things (e.g. handstand, running…) 🩻 Funny Bones Playdough - The children loved manipulating the playdoug
