Prep Time: 1 hr 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Ingredients: 3 ¾ cups flour, 2 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp yeast ¾ cup warm water, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil 4 chicken breasts, 1 cup buttermilk, spices 1 ½ cups flour, spices (salt, pepper, paprika) For glaze: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger Instructions: Mix dough, rise, steam bao buns. Marinate chicken in buttermilk with spices. Coat chicken in seasoned flour, fry until golden. Prepare glaze with sesame oil, gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Toss chicken in glaze, assemble in steamed buns. Serve with lettuce, green onions, spicy mayo, and pickled radish.
