Description
English: Swimmers in Changjiang (Yangtze River) in Wuhan, near the Hankou end of the Second Changjiang Bridge. It is common for swimmers in this area to tow a life preserver, or some other floating thing, on a rope - perhaps to use in an emergency, or to increase visibility for any boats that may pass by
