- Hmm, this is actually a little tricky. While it is true that US-No-Notice doesn't apply, the file could still be PD-US if the photographer is held to be unknown. In that case, the photo would have gone out of copyright in the UK in 1994, and therefore be PD-US per PD-US-1996. There /is/ a list of photographers given in the article, but it's not at all clear which photograph is to be associated with which photographer, and so I am inclined to think that this /is/ PD, it's just the reasoning given that needs fixing. - Yes, this is absolutely the reason why I used the PD-US tag, the list of photographers provides no way to tell who took which photo, so the photographer is unknown and cannot be ascertained through reasonable enquiry. It therefore went out of copyright in the UK in 1994 and is PD in the US. If another tag would more clearly explain this, I'm happy to change it - I have some other similar uploads which will also need changing. Warofdreams talk 11:07, 6 August 2019 (UTC)

- Yes, this is absolutely the reason why I used the PD-US tag, the list of photographers provides no way to tell who took which photo, so the photographer is unknown and cannot be ascertained through reasonable enquiry. It therefore went out of copyright in the UK in 1994 and is PD in the US.
