I just left the {{merge}} remain there while I nominated that article for AfD. Notability is not established, and I am not certain about whether that article is notable enough to be merged into List of All My Children miscellaneous characters, which is full of characters without notability establishments and citations from self-published and primary sources. Full of plot without factual perspectives and intentions to condensate the storyline. Appears to plagiarize from other websites, but no proof yet.
