Stub Templates for your Football Bios

[edit]

Hi, you are creating articles about footballers. This is great. Please put a stub template on them. I've done this for Jose Villafuerte and Henry Nwosu to show you how to do it. You can see Category:Football (soccer) biography stubs for a complete list of football stub templates. Stub templates put a category on the article so that other people can find the article, and lets people know that the article could be expanded. Thanks! Darkspots (talk) 13:06, 10 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for adding the stub template when you created Alan West (footballer). I added some categories to the article, the most importatnt ones being the cats for the three clubs he played for--so you can see how to do that. Thanks for your contributions! Categories

[edit]

Hi, great work with creating all your footballer stubs. What would really help, is if you added categories for the clubs each one played for – like Darkspots showed you with Alan West (footballer). That way readers of Wikipedia (and other editors) will be able to find your articles that much more easily. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 15:58, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bobby Thomson (footballer)

[edit]

Hi, thought I'd better tell you I've moved the article which you recently created to Bobby Thomson (footballer born 1955), because as you can see at this disambiguation page, there are several other articles about footballers called Bobby Thomson. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 16:17, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Everton4Life! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 7 of the articles that you created are Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to these articles, it would greatly help us with the current 7 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
