How does this term describe only Republican politics when Democrats are waging a war on women by pushing for biological males to compete in female sports? 47.137.179.4 (talk) 03:49, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Because the four sources that support the first sentence, where this term is defined, are all about actions of Republican politicians that are described as The War on Women. If you can find a reliable source that describes actions of Democrats in the same way, please share it with us. HiLo48 (talk) 05:30, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Wiki Education assignment: Gender and Politics in Global Perspective
This article was the subject of a Wiki Education Foundation-supported course assignment, between 15 January 2023 and 26 April 2023. Further details are available on the course page. Student editor(s): Naomil07 (article contribs). Peer reviewers: Chloejoy5, Gpol643.
Typically, a slogan is intended to motivate, whereas "war on women" is intended to characterize a set of Republican positions. Every time I read "slogan" in this article, it just seems wrong, unless it's really intended to be short for "join the war on women". Thoughts? Fabrickator (talk) 23:36, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
